Enjoy Myself
To be a freshman in Singapor, I just felt tired. I just like a chicken in the group of swans. When I was young, I used to be one of the best students in my school. At that time, I always wanted to be perfect. I wanted to complete the thing without flaw. But after I had gone to senior high school did I found that I couldn’t be the best one all the time, I couldn’t accomplish anything without a mistake, I couldn’t be successful every time. Now, I even have been the worst one in the group. I feel frustrate, but I have no choice, I can’t change the life. So what can I do? I think about this question for a long time. Eventually I get the answer. I can do nothing to change the life, but I can enjoy it. There is no need for me to be the best forever, I can do something just for fun and ignore the result.

Everyone can't be the best person without flaw all the time. Besides, you are still excellent. It is you who give yourself confidence. Let's work hard together and be more outstanding. Aza!

ReplyDeleteIn my senior middle school, I hold almost the same view as yours. But after NCEE, I found that score in exams does not stand for everything. As a man, there is no best or worst, maybe in some aspects, you are not as excellent as some others, but in other aspects, you can be the best!

I think, it's known to us all that everyone who can catch this chance to study in singapore is really excellent! So just believe in yourself, you can do it.
ReplyDeleteHey,brother,I have the same feeling as you. When I was in my primary school,I was the best one. I just felt like a little shining sun, surrounded by others. But when I go to middle school,I found there were so many larger shining suns around me. So I had been upset for a long time. We all have dreams and we don't know when will our dreams come true or be broken.But it is important that we do have dreams. Be confidenc of yourself,you are not worse than anyone in the class.

ReplyDeleteBut there must be some certain points deserving our respecting and learning, such as the perseverance, the instinct motivation, the attitude they adopt towards the assignments...
To be or not to be, it's really a problem. Maybe it's a good choice to do things as a perfectionist except for ignoring the failures or treating them optimistically. One day your pain, your perspration will flourish into a glorious vitory~~!
Give out your intence emotion together with us. And i believe that all of us are the best. Believe in yourself and just do it. After the happiest time in learning English we surely can shout loudly ,"YES, WE CAN"!
