Good evening,China.
Good morning,Singapore
We now wake up in Singapore, busy studying, making new friends, experiencing all those foreign things, excited and curious about the new day.
I still remembered the day I first opened my QQ Zone, something like the Blogger.I didn't prepare to care it too much, because I didn't even keep a diary. But soon it became a special way to keep in touch with my friends as I could share my feelings . Yesterday I opened this Blogger , which would play the role as another QQ Zone and was just like a new world , a new world waiting for me to create .
We've said good bye to China but can we really put all the things down and forget ? China has been a dream but sometimes a dream is so sweet that we still can't forget after we wake up . All the relationship we built through the years seems to dying out slowly after we leave China , after we wake up in this new world . A dream will be forgdtten any way .
I am crossing the door to a new world from the old one .

i love the start of your essay! it sounds close, just like greeting two friends.
ReplyDeleteold friends should not be forgotten, but please remember that new friends are here with you and we have a long way to go with each other's company. let's jiayouz!
^^
Even though we are far away from China, at least we, all SM3 are together. Please remember that we are friends. anything unexpected will be solved with the effort of us.And I hope that you'll keep a good memory of the past when experiencing a new life here. Aza Aza!!
ReplyDeleteIt is a common phenonmenon that you have this feeling, and I'm sure everyone of us has experienced it or is just expeiencing it.Just keep your past in your heart ,and then try to put your new life here into your heart, too!
ReplyDeleteIt is really a neat article as your style all along. But when enjoying the new life here, can we just consider life in China is just a dream?
ReplyDeleteSurely we cannot even China now become such a distant world from us.
Maybe you are trying to say the lifestyle and the warm surroundings have already been left behind and may will never be picked up again since we left from them, as the poem puts it,"where can never be reached is the far far away, where can never be returned to is the hometown"(though the translation is so poor).
We are all homesick, but we must be strong-minded to overcome it. We are the fighters who is forgotten by the world we belong to, and who are being gently resised by the new world we are trying to find our niche in. Seemingly a quite hard work ,isn't it? But when fighting and dying exhausted, just think about our hometown and refresh the body and soul.I think that's the point. And never forget so many partners or,"brothers" standing by you. They are the ones who shoulder your lacrimosa and bring you the ecstasy. Good luck for you!
I remember a song of Nanquanmama called Mudanjiang. "The place where we can't arrive is distance. The name of what we can't go back is hometown."
ReplyDeleteLeaving home means being mature in some way.We can treat that feeling of homesick well if we have a holding heart. In fact, we are not so far away from home because,we always find the labols"MADE IN CHINA".Am I all right ?HoHo~
ReplyDeleteYou are very lucky because you can open your QQ zone. I can't open it in my dormitory. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery, today is present. so enjoy your present life here
